Steel Fence Protection

There are two main types of steel fence protection from rust and corrosion:

  • Powder coat painting.
There are many special powder coats that cover the construction and don’t let moisture in. As a result, the oxidation process slows down dramatically or even completely disappears. The effect works until the coat doesn’t wear out or earlier if there’s a strong acid damage on the metal.
  • Hot-dip galvanizing is done by putting a fence gate or its elements into a big bath with molten zinc. Galvanizing your fencing gives a three-layer protection:
    • Zinc lays down on steel as a coat that blocks catalysts of corrosion before they reach the base metal.
    • Even if the fencing is scratched, it’s still protected by the zinc that remains on it.
    • The zinc coat corrodes first, thus prolonging the life of your fences.

We at Art Metal Workshop use both ways of protecting steel, choosing the best for your project and combining them if additional support is needed. Both of them function great and protect the final construction for a long time before wearing out.

The philosophy of a true salesman

Here at ArtMetal, we don’t believe in the principle of overpromising just to close a deal. We think that a true salesman is one who under-promises but over-delivers.

When we say under promising, we don’t mean we never promote our service and our products. What we mean, rather, is that we present to you all that we offer, talk to you as to how we can help you with your steel fence needs, and deliver what we promise.

Also, we let our satisfied customers make the noise for us. We trust in our team’s capacity and craftsmanship, thus, we are not that desperate to fool our customers just to hit a sales quota or raise our profit. To us, having repeat buyers and creating a better reputation, one satisfied customer after another, is more important. We want to nurture a business which is based on trust and reliability.

Another sales philosophy we believe in is the power of having repeat buyers. This only means that customers are satisfied with your product and services. It’s not easy to build repeat buyers. You have to be consistent with the quality of your product and service to the point that customers can trust and rely on your brand.

Not only that, you have to make sure that you build good relationships with your clientele to encourage them to come back for more.

Lastly, a true salesman is one who never leaves his clients even after sales have been closed. Offering after-sales consultation and services is one way to further encourage your customers to trust your brand.

Here at Art Metal, we offer after sales consultation should you have questions and clarifications, or even complaints, about our service and products.

Steel Fences as an Added Value to Your Property

Just as the human eyes are considered as windows to the human soul, gates are considered as windows to the family dwelling. They reflect the kind of familial bond and culture kept and shared by all those seeing shelter in the house or compound.

One can be truly happy and satisfied when ownership comes with an added value to him and to his family. In choosing things to purchase, the person’s primary consideration is the utility that he derives out of it. An added value means the value you got which you never expected to get in the first place.

When you say that something is worth the money paid for, you are just getting what is expected of the product. Added value means more than that. When you decide to purchase something, your consideration must be the added value you get out of it. In choosing gates for your houses, think of what added value does the fence you chose will give you and your homes.

One of the few considerations which can help you classify the gates you purchased as one with added value is that the said fence does not only serve the purpose of having something tall and mighty standing at your front yard.

Gates are made to serve as pathways or entrance to your homes. More than being a tall and sturdy edifice, a fence should also serve as your and your family’s protection at times of danger and attacks from the nasty members of the society. If your fence serves such purpose and serves it well, then that is considered as its added value.

Materials and Skills Matter

For our steel fences, we use wrought iron as our raw material. This material is tough and sturdy while also being flexible enough for customization. With wrought iron as the raw material of your steel fences, you are assured that it will last for a long time. It can also withstand harsh weather conditions.

If it wears out, you can just repaint it and you instantly give it a new and clean feel again. Basic recoating could add another three to four years to the life of your steel fence. Elaborate recoating, on the other hand, can add another 10 to 15 years more life to your fence. This is not possible for wood or bamboo fences as these materials will rot easily if exposed to harsh weather conditions.

On top of quality materials, we have a team of experts who are all crème de la crème in the field of steel fence building and installation. Their years of experience equipped them with the technical know-how on how to build sturdy, functional, and elegant looking steel fences. Also, these people are trained to check and adhere to quality and safety standards in all installation processes so you can rest easy knowing that nothing will be comprised from start to finish.

Whether you want a simple yet elegant design or a design as elaborate as the baroque style of ornamentation, we got you covered. We have a wide array of steel fence designs you can get inspiration from. Also, if you have a specific style in mind, you can let us know about it during a consultation and let’s work around that idea. For as long as it is safe, we can execute it for you.

If budget is a consideration, we can also talk it over. We will give you a cost estimate for the kind of work you want to be done so that you won’t be burn a hole in your pocket. Also, we can simply work within your budget. We are very flexible with what our client wants.

So, talk to us today! We are all ears.
